The Bay Store offers Cash on Delivery payment option. With this payment option you can now order and pay on receiving the goods.
Is COD available in my location?
Current Cash on delivery is available at select locations only.
When will my product me shipped?
All products that are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days of the said order.
Upon shipping a confirmation email will be send to the customer, confirming the shipping details i.e. Tracking number and the Courier company. In case of any queries you can always write to us at namit@thebaystore.in
What is Exchange / Return Policy Policy?
One can Return a product within 7 days from date of dispatch of goods. All you need to do is call our customer care at 8999777772 or email us at namit@thebaystore.in

What products can I buy in exchange?
Any product/s of your liking can be bought in exchange, however the final price has to be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
What is our refund policy?
Once your returns have been accepted, one can purchase items of same value or lower value in lieu of returned goods. Refunds. Cash returns shall be reviewed on a case to case basis only.
Do you have a Cancellation policy?
You cancel you order any time before the same is shipped. However once an item is shipped no cancellations shall be accepted.
